Haze Busting Global HR Services was established on 4th October 2012 with a simple thought: every organization needs HR systems, but every organization does not need a full time HR employee.
Over the years, while working with small and mid sized organizations, we saw a common challenge. Business owners were managing recruitment, employees, attendance, leave, discipline and many other people related matters themselves. They needed HR support, but hiring a full time HR professional was not always practical or cost effective.
This led us to develop a different approach.
For organizations with 5 to 50 employees, our Customized HR Services help build the HR function within the organization itself. We identify a suitable existing employee, train them in practical HR work and help them manage the HR systems created for their organization.
We do not believe that HR is only about policies and documents. A real HR system is a way of working. It brings clarity to roles, responsibilities, hiring, onboarding, employee records, performance, training, communication, discipline and the complete employee journey. Most importantly, these systems should actually be used in the organization.
Our role is not to make your organization dependent on an HR consultant forever. We help you build the right systems, implement them and develop people within your organization who can take them forward.
